Milwaukee-based independent coffee purveyors Colectivo Coffee have arrived in Chicago with a newly-opened Lincoln Park location, serving artisanal espresso, award-winning coffees, Rishi Tea, tap beer, Nitro Cold Brew and more.
On site, there’s a roastery, a brewery and a large outdoor patio, which makes it perfect for all your summer beverage needs. To go alongside your chosen drink there’s a full cafe menu featuring sandwiches, a selection of baked goods including cinnamon rolls, ham and cheese croissants and muffins, as well as more substantial options like a falafel burger or breakfast burritos. Rumor has it, the croissants and laminated pastries are highlights.
The popular Milwaukee chain has 16 shops, but this is the company’s first location outside of Wisconsin. Colectivo are set to open at least two more cafés in the Windy City, including a Logan Square location in October.
Colectivo Coffee is located at 2530 N. Clark St. in the heart of historic Lincoln Park near North Pond. Your new favorite sidewalk cafe stays open until 10pm Sunday through Thursday and 11pm on Saturdays.
