Filmmaker Wes Anderson is widely known for the quirky worlds he creates and the captivating tales he tells within them. From family train trips to ocean adventures, Anderson’s films are celebrated treasures for both casual moviegoers and film aficionados. And for any fans in Chicago, Iliana Regan of Elizabeth is bringing that whimsy and wonder to life with a Wes Anderson dining experience.
The themed dining experience opens March 6th and will run through April 21st, overlapping with the opening of Anderson’s latest stop-motion animation film—Isle of Dogs. Drawing inspiration from numerous Anderson films, the menu will feature some notes of pink from the infamous The Grand Budapest Hotel, Indian entrées that nod to The Darjeeling Limited, seafood-centric dishes a la The Life Aquatic, and so much more.
